This is our first coffee shop in Gdańsk’s Old Town, located along the historic pedestrian street that forms a key part of the Royal Route. Such a unique location demanded a setting of the highest standard — the interior is our tribute to history and traditional craftsmanship.

Upon entering, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the intricately carved bar, ornate blacksmith details, and archival photographs. From the moment the first guests crossed the threshold, our space filled with warm light, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and the smell of fresh pastries.

A Tribute to Gdańsk Tradition and Local Craftsmanship

For us, the opening at Długa Street 5 is above all a thoughtful story about respect for tradition, local heritage, and our passion for bespoke craftsmanship. We designed the interior to blend seamlessly with the city’s historic character. At the heart of the coffee shop is a bar decorated with marquetry by local master carpenters and woodcarvers, while the furniture directly reflects Gdańsk’s famous woodworking tradition. The design is completed by custom blacksmith work, including a magnificent chandelier, and a unique photo gallery that takes you on a journey through time, documenting Długa Street across the centuries.

This project is a natural continuation of the idea behind our "All Hope Lies in People" (Cała nadzieja w ludziach) campaign. It demonstrates that behind every single element — from hand-fired ceramics and forged details to exquisite wood finishes — stand real craftspeople and their years of experience.

As our CEO, Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz, emphasizes: "Gdańsk has an extraordinary history, which is why, when creating the location on Długa Street, we wanted to pay homage to this unique setting. We care deeply about giving each of our spaces a distinct character that weaves naturally into the local fabric. Thanks to the work of Polish carpenters, woodcarvers, and blacksmiths, we have created a space that blends coffee house serenity with the spirit of old Gdańsk."

The coffee shop at Długa Street 5 is our fourth address in the Tri-City area and another major milestone on our journey — very soon we will be opening our 100th location in Poland!
